Dry: Experience.

Dry: Experience.

A change appearing in material form, which can be perceived, through which the laws that shape our world become revealed.

Genesis 1:9

The Dry land appears in the text of the Bible as follows:

"And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear."

The Waters are the laws that are present unconsciously and that appear in the material world. Therefore, the waters under the heaven signify the laws that appear in material form through the manifestation of the material world. God then calls the gathered Waters Seas.

When defining Time, God also defined the Firmament, which signifies the present moment perceived by consciousness.

Thus, the Dry Land signifies the manifested reality appearing in the present, which can be experienced by consciousness, and God calls the Dry Land Earth.

According to the definitions established so far, the Earth signifies the material world. God calls the Dry Land Earth because, of the material world, only the present moment is perceptible to consciousness. Based on our analyses so far, the past and the future also exist, but consciousness can perceive only what appears in the present.

The past can be interpreted only according to the knowledge currently available to us, and the future can likewise be imagined only on the basis of our current knowledge. We are able to predict only the effects of those laws that we have already come to know. In reality, however, the manifestation of both the past and the future is influenced by every law that God defined during the six cycles of creation.

On the sixth day, creation was complete, and God declared that He would create no further laws. Therefore, the world is complete both in space and in time.

The manifested reality — the present — is, for us, the Firmament in time and the Dry Land in space, which God called Earth. Therefore, the definition of Earth must also be expanded with this meaning. From this point onward, Earth signifies the manifested reality appearing in the present — the place of knowing, defined in both space and time.

This present, defined in both space and time, therefore becomes a process. The Dry Land is the experience currently being perceived, the material manifestation that makes it possible for us to experience the world as a continuous sequence of events along a timeline. This continuity makes it possible for us to come to know the world in its details and to become capable of knowing the laws of Heaven in their details as well.
