Creeping animals (Water): Sensations.

Creeping animals (Water): Sensations.

Simpler, easily definable sensations, which are also elements of more complex sensations.

Genesis 1:20–23

We have defined aquatic animals as emotions, which represent specific emotions: “according to their kind.”

The creeping animals are not defined more specifically; according to the Hebrew text, they mean small living creatures that swarm and teem. There is no specific animal species, therefore they are not defined “according to their kind.” The Hebrew word used here does not specifically mean “creeping” living creatures; the translations have named them this way. There is no expression in the Hebrew text referring to the manner of their movement; it only describes in general terms forms of life that live in the waters, which are small and “undefined.”

These are contents present in the water, that is, in the unconscious, which we cannot describe as specific emotions according to our current knowledge. According to our current knowledge, we may call them sensations, which we cannot yet define even at the emotional level.

If we are able to define how emotions function, then they are no longer emotions. An emotion is an emotion precisely because we have no definition for its appearance. To the extent that we are already able to define what appears, it is already a definition, and to the extent that we still have no definition for the appearing reality, emotion appears to that extent.

Thus, during the process of knowing, emotions clearly represent definitions, but definitions that we do not yet know. It also follows from this that definitions unknown to us also consist of information. Intellect is unable to create the definitions because there is not yet sufficient information available for them, but some information is already available; therefore emotion appears first, followed by our imprecise definitions, because initially there is not yet sufficient experience and sufficient information to create the true definition.

These fragments of information may be the small creatures, which are not yet sufficient to describe the appearing experience; therefore, in the experience, intellect identifies what appears as emotions, while the fragments of information that it is unable to use to create an explanation can be identified as sensations, because they are information that is present, but they cannot be used to create explanations and are not used for definitions.

The remaining information that is present is therefore manifestations of reality, but it is not possible to use them because information is still missing with the help of which they could be logically connected into a valid definition. But because they are already present in experiences, they are manifestations of reality, perceived information, and thus they are in every case elements of a law that defines the world.

These are also living creatures, because we do not know what consequences their presence will have.
